(Ethyl Acetate) decaf offerings are cupped specifically for their quality and sourced by single origin, either region or farm.Referred to as Decaf De Caña by Cafe Imports, our coffee importer, because they're custom decaffeinated in Colombia. The process using a special, natural process that utilizes a solvent of ethyl acetate, which can be derived from fermented sugar. In short, these coffees retain more of their flavor, giving you the coffee experience you crave, sans caffeine.
