We always carry a *Grade 1* Natural processed coffee from Ethiopia & this is it. From the West Arsi region you can expect this coffee to be berry heavy, sweet & creamy with a tart acidity.
This coffee is from the Refisa washing station, established in 2010, this serves about 850 smallholder producers in the area. The West Arsi region is a high elevation area, the soil lending to a clean & elegant coffee profile.
